Glad you like! Damn near froze my pinkies off taking them (windchill was -23C this morning and it always seems even colder by the water…brr!) but it was a gorgeous morning and worth the effort. 🙂

Oh so beautiful! I think we like the whiteness in winter because there is none in summer (or very little). It gives our senses a rest. Maybe I’ll plant some white-flowering plants this year. Love the snow-covered trees.

I think you may be right, D.D….there’s something very restful about it. That’s not snow on the trees, btw, it’s frost from an ice fog over the river last night. Pure magic when it happens. 🙂

Oh! I’ve only ever seen that a couple times. I don’t think I’ve seen it quite that thick, though. It is extraordinary when that happens.
