SINS OF THE SON: The Making of a Book Trailer

Well, thanks to my amazing daughter (and her amazing Mac Book computer!), SINS OF THE SON has an official book trailer! My original intention was to put this together myself using Windows Movie Maker, but whoa…that is one convoluted program for a non-techie like myself. 😛 After I’d spent about five hours going slowly mad over Movie Maker, I just about fell over myself in gratitude when E. volunteered her time and expertise (she’s done videos for school projects before).

As it turned out, the longest part of the entire process was my own search for images (I used Shutterstock) and music (found on Neosound), and the writing of the script. The actual making of the video? A little more than an hour. Which just proves that I really have to get myself a Mac, right? 😉

Anyway…here it is. I hope you like it (I’d love to have your comments!), and I would love to have you share it. Enjoy!  🙂

    Wow, it looks terrific Linda, congrats to you and than heavens for tech savvy daughters and sisters ;-))

    I loved the images you found and the music was dramatic enough, fantastic trailer, congrats to both you and your daughter, I love it! And I’m so exited to read Book #2!! 😀
